Today’s business environment of increased competition and rapid changes in technology, we have an ever-increasing need for information.  We no longer need to know just how to do our jobs, but also need to understand our organization as a whole.  In addition, a frequent complaint is that no one listens – often this is correct! 

Listening is powerful tool.  Listening helps build relationships, improve processes, develop teams and stimulates achievement of both organizational and personal goals.  

This workshop will present practical tips on how to improve your listening skills.

*  Understand the difference between active and passive listening
* Practice effective listening skills and behaviors
