The world is a stressful place to live and work. Customers are easily irritated and increasingly irate and hostile. Often it isn't even anything you did, it's just "life." Yet, you must stay calm AND calm your stressed-out customer.

Instructor:
Jeremy R Hall, J.D. is a Human Resources Consultant for Creative Business Solutions, Inc. Jeremy can provide human resource products and services to assist organizations in the prevention and handling of sexual harassment and discrimination complaints.
Jeremy has conducted training for public and private businesses throughout the State of Kansas on discrimination and sexual harassment in the workplace. For two and one half years he was responsible for all training conducted by the Kansas Human Rights Commission. Jeremy also teaches a complete customer service curriculum for Mid-America Regional Council for municipalities in the Kansas City area and presents at conferences on this these topics and others.
He has spoken to audiences large and small and has a presentation style that captivates the audience. His presentation style has been referred to as both informative and entertaining.
Jeremy has a Juris Doctorate from Washburn University School of Law. He is completing his thesis for a Masters in Criminal Justice from Washburn. He earned a Bachelors of Arts in History and Political Science from Southwest Baptist University.
Jeremy is currently a member of the Topeka YWCA Career Assistance Network Board of Advisors, and on the Kansas Fair Housing Project Team.

Full refunds or credits are available for cancellations made a minimum of seven days prior to the workshop minus a $5.00 administrative fee. You can transfer to another workshop a minimum of seven days before the workshop with no administrative fee. Cancellations made less than seven days prior to a workshop receive no refunds or credits.
