2004 United We Read Fundraising Committee Role: In order to bring the author to town for several days, we would like to generate $10,000 for the project. We want to make sure the author can visit schools, a senor center, library and of course the gala at the Lyric Opera. Also, we would like to purchase pinwheels for all participants to use in promotions and print posters. This committee will work to secure these funds.
