Anti-Harassment Training for Employees:

Title: Anti-Harassment Training for Employees
Course Type: Self-paced Courses
Estimated Time of Completion: 1 hours
Language: English

Description:
Everybody likes a fun-filled workplace because it provides the necessary respite from the humdrum life and stress associated with work. But there are times when the fun at work goes overboard with sex-based banter, jokes, comments, and actions making life miserable. All these could make anyone detest their workplace. On the other hand, a healthy environment in which people know where to draw the line but still have their share of fun fosters good relationships at work. Respect for each other and professional demeanor in the workplace go a long way in ensuring a healthy workplace environment. This course will equip you with the knowledge required to identify harassment in the workplace and instruct you on the steps to take to protect yourself and your coworkers from unlawful harassment.

Objectives:
  • In this course, you will recognize the importance of developing, fostering, and encouraging values that create and sustain employment relationships based on mutual respect. You will be educated about unlawful harassment at work, and options for how to respond if it should ever occur.
